A leading North East hotel is celebrating the most wonderful time of the year with a packed festive programme.
Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf and Spa, at County Durham, has organised a wide range of socially distanced events to mark the countdown to Christmas.
The festivities kick off with the Bubbalicious Christmas Brunches on 22 and 29 November and 12 and 26 December, where guests can enjoy a reception drink, three-course meal, half a bottle of prosecco and live entertainment from DJ Murry Mint.
On 27 November, a selection of the North East’s best comics will head to the hotel for the Christmas Comedy Club Night, with an evening of live entertainment and dining.
Music fans can enjoy tributes to their favourite artists over a three-course meal and coffee with the Christmas Motown Spectacular – featuring Jackson Soul – on 4 December, the ABBA Christmas Night on 11 December and Christmas With Re-Take That on 18 December.
Then, on 5, 12 and 19 December, guests can enjoy a whole host of songs from much-loved musicals and films at the Christmas Cabaret Night.
And the hotel is putting on two special pantomimes for families, with Aladdin on 5, 13 and 27 December, and Frozen Out on 6, 12, 19, 20 and 28 December.
The musical shows are suitable for all ages to enjoy and also include a visit from Santa Claus himself.
Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf and Spa is part of the Ramside Estates portfolio and owner John Adamson believes their festive events tick all the boxes.
“Christmas is always a magical time at the hotel and, while our celebrations may look a little different than usual this year, we wanted to create an exciting programme to give our guests something to look forward to,” he said.
“We’ve got some fantastic performers lined up and a real variety of entertainment on offer across November and December, so I’m confident that there’s something for everyone.
“We want our guests to enjoy their time with us safely, so all of our events have been designed to accommodate social distancing and we will be keeping a close watch on any further changes to the Government guidelines.”
The Bubbalicious Christmas Brunches are priced at £50pp, Christmas Comedy Club Night and the three tribute evenings at £39.95, Christmas Cabaret Night at £42.95pp and the pantomimes are priced from £23.95 for adults and from £17.95 for children.
Only one household or support bubble can be seated per table and the events will be table service only.
