One lucky winner will be chosen to receive a guaranteed life-changing sum next month in the £25,000 rollover for the Win Win Lottery which benefits local charity St Cuthbert’s Hospice, Durham.
This is the third time the rollover has reached the guaranteed rollover amount, with previous winners from across County Durham.
Angela Lord, Sales Manager, Retail & Lottery said:
“It’s always a great feeling to make the call telling someone they’ve won a prize in our Win Lottery. It feels like we’re giving something back to our incredible supporters. After all, that is where the Win-Win name came from. To be able give someone the news that they’ve just won £25,000 is amazing. We know this is a life-changing amount of money and we can’t wait to make that call next month.”
“To date, the Win Win Lottery has raised over £750,000 towards the care we provide at the Hospice and is a vital source of funding for us. We’ve got over 2,500 players, and one of these will be guaranteed the £25,000 on Monday 2nd September.”
“We hope to continue to grow the Lottery and the sustainable income stream it provides for our services.”
The charity cares for people with life-limiting illnesses, people who are at the end of life and bereaved families. Each weekday Win Win Lottery players could win £100 and every month £1,000 is up for grabs, which if not won is added to the rollover pot.
